Please read the Open Letter to Editors/Editorial Boards , licensed as CC-BY. In writing it, we received generous feedback from commenters, buzzing with ideas about research, changes that can happen at journals and in universities. Thanks to all of those who contributed ideas and suggested actions. We encourage them to pursue these ideas in their professional roles, and through their trades unions and networks. We know that the Open Letter will be translated in to at least one other language and the licence enables all of this adaptation and reuse, and that is a good thing. Please share the Open Letter as widely as possible, especially to Journals and Editorial Boards.
